ONLINE SUPPORT VIA THE INTERNET.
In order to allow us to provide immediate support using the Internet, you need to have the Teamviewer
Quick Support (Teamviewerqs) software in your system. Usually we would have install this Software into your PC and in case you
do not have it, you can download it here:-

Once you have downloaded the software, just double click on it and click on the program teamviewerqs.exe to run it. Then
give us the ID shown on the screen and the password so that we are able to connect directly to your PC via the Internet.
