The AcePos Retail Point of Sales Systems are meant to be used to manage all retail businesses where goods are purchased or manufactured and sold at the shops:-
Mini markets and Supermarkets.
Wine and liquor.
The AcePos Retail systems can be installed on standard PCs or in AIO (All In One) PCs or even in Tablets with Windows Operating systems. This is then configured with cash drawer, customer pole display and receipt printer to become the cashier's system. You can also connect barcode printers or barcode scanners to the system in order to use barcodes features in the systems. You can also use hand held data collectors which are devices with barcode scanning capabilities usually for stock taking purposes.
There are three main versions of the AcePos Retail POS Systems:-

AcePos Retail Management Systems are easy to use, flexible for the users to configure and have comprehensive management reports to assist management people in managing their retail businesses. Depending on the version of AcePos System, stock items balance quantities are managed, sales analysis by sales promoters, VIP customers and even tracking of purchase prices from suppliers are also available.
Easy to Use and Comprehensive Management Reports
Basic Version - single terminal system that gives to users the basic functions of issuing bills, managing balance of stock quantity and sales analysis reports.
Professional version - has the additional functions of individual stock management system, multiple selling prices like wholesales and retail and Composition Stock features for multiple stock items that make a single sales package.
Standard Version - mutiple terminals system which besides the above basic functions has sales analysis by Promoters (Sales persons), VIP Customers (regular customers) and Promotion campaigns.
