b. Family members monthly fees if any charged to main member's account.
c. Manage entrance fees and installments of such fees due on a monthly basis.
d. Print the monthly statement of fees due.
e. Send out reminder letters to members on their overdue accounts.
f. Print the aging report on overdue accounts.
g. All other standard accounting reports such as income analysis by members, transactions listing.

This system can link to the AcePos Touchscreen POS System which can be used for managing food and beverage outlets inside the Club's premises. The system can use smartcards as membership cards to allow for charging of their food and beverage consumption directly to their member's account. By using smartcards as membership accounts, this will reduce the possibility of members disputing charges to their accounts as the system will only allow charging when their physical smartcard membership card were used for the transactions.

This is then configured with cash drawer, customer pole display and receipt printer to become the cashier's system.

AcePos - Touchscreen Systems Hardware

Most clubs will sell liquor and this system when integrated to our AcePos Touchscreen POS system will allow the Club management to manage their liquor balance quantity based on the number of pacs they sell in a night by auto converting the volume of the liquor sold per pac to a bottle. For example the system will allow user to set 30 ml per pac to one bottle of 750 ml liquor which means for each bottle of liquor sold it is equivalent to 25 pacs.
